Parvez Mehta Trophy 2026 for Ladies
The tournament will commence on the weekend of August 29–30, 2026. Depending on entries, the draw will feature either 16 or 32 players (including byes). Last year’s champion will automatically be seeded #1, provided her entry is received. All remaining seed positions and match pairings will be determined by drawing names randomly from a hat. If byes are required due to the final player count, they will be distributed in direct order of the seed numbers (starting with the #1 seed, followed by #2, and so on).

| Handicap Allowed | Max 24. Handicap for Beldih as appearing on the board (including any mid-month revision) on the day of the match shall be applicable. | ||||||||||
| Ties | In the event of a tie after 18 holes, a playoff will commence immediately. Players will first play a cumulative, best-of-three-holes playoff (Holes 1, 2, and 3). If the tie is still unresolved, play will continue as a sudden-death playoff on a hole-by-hole basis starting from Hole 4. | ||||||||||

Players can schedule their match for each round on or before the above mentioned dates, as per mutual agreement. | ||||||||||

| Draw | Draw will be made from out of the hat on 25th Aug at BC Golf Pavilion at 5:00 PM. All participants are welcome to be present. | ||||||||||
| Score Submission | A physical scorecard, duly signed by both players and clearly mentioning the name of the winner must be submitted to the course starter immediately after completion of the round. | ||||||||||

| Entries | Please register your entry ONLY thru Jamshedpur Golf website at jamshedpurgolf.in/cp/. (Please ignore the Format field mentioned as Stableford in the Registration window.) | ||||||||||

Points to Note:
- Players are required to fix their matches on mutually agreed date and time and do the tee-booking for the same online. Two-ball booking will be allowed on the concerned weekends.
- In case the players are unable to agree on a date and time of their match, the match must be played at 10:30 AM on the last completion date for the round. The player not turning up will be deemed to have given a walk-over. If both players do not turn up, names of both players will be scratched from the Draw.
- Parvez Mehta 2-ball will get precedence over other golfers playing on the course on that day.
- For any ruling issue, players may contact Mr. Alan Singh, whose ruling decision shall be treated as final.
- The tournament committee reserves the rights to change the above match schedule or any of the conditions laid above, if so required.

Parvez Mehta Trophy 2026 for Gentlemen
The tournament will commence on the weekend 25/26 July 2026. A total of 128 players (including Byes) will be eligible to participate in the tournament. Last year’s winner qualifies automatically and will be seeded as #1. Top 112 scores in the Medal Round of 19th July '26 will qualify and will be seeded #2 to #113 as per their medal round ranking. Balance 15 players may be added at the discretion of the Golf Captain to make a total field of 128 players for the knock-out draw. In case of lesser number of players resulting in inclusion of Byes, the first bye will go to the number 1 seeded player, second bye will go to number 2 seeded player, and so on.

| Format | To be played in partners format using the Stableford scoring system over 18 holes. Handicap of each player shall be capped at 24. Sum of Net stableford points of both partners shall comprise each team's score. Players can choose their partners (of same gender only). Partners cannot play together in the same 4-ball. Please make sure to specify your partner's name in the Addl Info field of the registration form. To qualify for Team entry, both partners must have registered and specified each other's name. |
